The service webcron.prestashop.com/crons has been shut down in December 2025. It was used by PrestaShop stores to execute scheduled tasks through the cronjobs module.

Both the PrestaShop Cron Service and the cronjobs module have been deprecated and are no longer available. The module was unmaintained and only compatible with PrestaShop 1.6.

Stores that still rely on this service will receive a mock HTTP 200 response, but no scheduled tasks will be executed. To continue using automated tasks, you must configure your own cron job directly on your hosting environment or use a third-party cron service.
